Please read carefully before participating. Registration, Cancellation & Attendance Payment is due at registration and is non-refundable. Events take place on the date and time listed; it’s your responsibility to note the details and arrive on time. To protect the group container, doors close five minutes after the start time—if you arrive late, we may not be able to admit you or offer a refund. If unforeseen circumstances such as illness, venue issues, or safety concerns arise, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. If we cancel or reschedule, you will receive a credit or refund. Confidentiality, Privacy & Sharing By participating in this event, you agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants. Anything shared, expressed, heard, or experienced during the event, including words, sounds, emotional expressions, or personal experiences, is to remain confidential and not be shared outside of the event. Because this is a group experience, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Please participate and share only to the extent that feels appropriate for you. To support presence and privacy for all, audio or video recording by participants is not permitted. Description of Services: Nature of the Event Resounding Freedom events use energy-based facilitation centered on voice/sound and movement to help release stuck energy and support insight. The emotions you experience may be strong and varied. Both the facilitator and participants may use intense or unusual vocalizations, and movement may be light, subtle, vigorous, expansive, or still—any type of movement that serves the moment. The facilitator will direct voice and movement in real time based on intuitive insight for the group. At times, you may be strongly encouraged to move or use your voice, yet participation is always at the level that feels comfortable and appropriate for you. Description of Services: Touch, Comfort, and Energy Work During the event, the facilitator or trained support staff may feel called to offer focused energy work or simple comforting and supportive touch to an individual participant. This may include respectful, appropriate touch in places that a reasonable person would consider suitable for supportive contact, offered with presence and care. Not everyone will be touched, and touch is not necessarily part of every person’s experience. By signing this agreement, you consent to this type of supportive touch and energy work as described. You are always welcome to voice any boundaries or preferences at any time, and we will honor them. Scope of Service: Not Medical or Psychological Treatment Resounding Freedom events offer group energy-based facilitation focused on voice/sound and movement, group energy healing, intuitive guidance, and at times simple, respectful, appropriate touch intended for comfort or energetic support. The facilitator invites reflection, vocal expression, and movement and holds a supportive container where participants can explore their inner experience. Any guidance offered is invitational, and each person chooses their own level of participation. Resounding Freedom events are not a substitute for medical or psychological care and do not provide diagnosis or medical advice. Attendance does not create a clinical or patient–provider relationship. If you have health or personal concerns that could be affected by sound, movement, breath, or touch, please consult your licensed provider ahead of time and decide whether this event is a good fit for you. To support clarity of experience, please refrain from alcohol, cannabis, and other mind-altering substances for twenty-four hours before the event; if someone arrives under the influence, we may decline participation to care for the group container. Education and Experience Sarah Lucie holds a BA and MA in music and is a Reiki Master/Teacher. She views her ability to facilitate healing as natural and innate, and although she draws upon her background, the Resounding Freedom approach is a self-developed method centered on voice, sound, movement, energy awareness, and group energy healing. Participation & Autonomy Facilitators may offer invitations—what to reflect on, how to use your voice, or ways of moving—and you choose your level of engagement at all times. Please listen to your body and inner guidance and participate in ways that feel supportive for you in each moment. Community Conduct & Respect Resounding Freedom is a collaborative container. By attending, you agree to show up with respect, kindness, and care for fellow participants and staff; to be supportive of others’ processes; and to follow facilitator guidance designed to keep the space safe and welcoming for everyone. Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Outcomes & Group Intention Every person’s experience is unique, and specific results are not guaranteed. The intention is to hold the container in service of the highest outcome of the group, guided by intuitive insight and the collective energy we create together. Emergencies & Venue Policies If a health or safety concern arises, we may pause or end someone’s participation and, if reasonably warranted, connect with emergency services. Please follow venue policies—such as capacity, exits, footwear, and parking—so the space remains safe and comfortable for everyone. Age Unless otherwise noted in the event listing, participants must be eighteen or older, or attend with written consent of a parent or guardian. Consent & Agreement By registering for and/or attending a Resounding Freedom event, you confirm that you have read and understand this policy.
