Organization Rental Agreement

1. Payment Terms

·        Deposit (30%) is non-refundable and is due 90 days prior to start of rental period or at time of booking if booking within 90 days of rental start date.

·        The remaining balance (70%) is due prior to first scheduled rental unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

·        Payment methods accepted: cash, debit, credit, or cheque made payable to Barrie Sports Dome Ltd.

2. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

·        Cancellation or reschedule requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Barrie Sports Dome office prior to the start of your first recurring rental session.

·        Cancellations/reschedules will not be provided once your first recurring rental session has taken place. *

* School Groups: If a school group is unable to attend a scheduled rental due to a board mandated cancellation/closure, a credit will be applied to the account which may be used towards any future rental, subject to availability.

4. Rules and Responsibilities

·        The Renter is responsible for the conduct and safety of all participants and spectators.

·        No food, gum, seeds, alcohol, smoking, or pets are permitted on the turf.

·        Metal spikes are not permitted to be worn on either field.

·        Cleats of any kind are not permitted on the Training Field.

·        The Renter agrees to leave the field and facility in clean and undamaged condition.

·        Field must be clear of all persons and equipment by the end of the rental session so the adjacent rental can begin on time.

5. Liability and Indemnity

The Renter acknowledges that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks.

Barrie Sports Dome Ltd., its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the facility.

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Barrie Sports Dome Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses related to their use of the facility.

6. Termination

Barrie Sports Dome Ltd. reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for unsafe behavior, rule violations, or non-payment.
