2024-2025 COMPETITION CONTRACT

  • Stack Team App is the communication platform for all of your gymnasts scheduled events and competitions. You agree to monitor the app for news and updates. Further you agree to respond to all event invites and Each meet you will update your RSVP status for the meet.

  • Competition fees consist of the meet entry fee, two coaches’ fees per session minimum, which includes mileage reimbursement, food stipend and hotel, if applicable. Coaches try to carpool when possible to reduce costs. 

  • Coaches’ fees are determined by the total number of team members expected to compete in a meet divided by all assumed costs. Monthly tuition does not cover coaches fees at meets.

  • Pioneer will always attempt to refund your entry fee, however, you will still be held responsible for payment if the host gym declines. If withdrawal from the meet is after the scratch date, you will still be held responsible for coaches fees, considering the budget is calculated based on the number of team members listed on the roster. Meet entry fees and refund procedures are mandated by Massachusetts USAG. No parent is permitted to call any club, at any time. All inquiries must go through our office

  • The day and time of the meet may not be given to us until a week prior! This is out of our control. As soon as we are given that information it will be forwarded to you immediately.

  • It is mandatory to compete in all meets scheduled so that athletes can gain experience in competitions and have the best possible chance for advancement. Please only scratch for significant events that can’t be changed.

  • Any money raised by your family through fundraising may be used towards competition fees or team tuition. Please let the office know the amount you wish to apply to any competition fees, and Pioneer will apply accordingly. You must sign off on this transfer of money either by email or paper

  • Sectional and state meets are meets that you MUST qualify to compete in. The amount that will need to be paid will be determined when we know how many team members have qualified to a particular sectional or state meet.

  • The cost per meet can fluctuate based on the number of gymnasts and sessions held. We have based our estimations on prior years experience. Please expect a +/- 20% cost fluctuation. 

  • When required, virtual meets will be held at Pioneer Gymnastics, Inc. If a meet requires virtual participation, meet fees will still apply and still will be nonrefundable. We will provide viewing to the best of our ability depending on the circumstances and protocols we are being asked to follow. We are not responsible for internet and wifi issues.
