As with all lodging properties there are a few rules. Please read ours and sign the acknowledgement.

1. Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 yrs. of age to rent any accommodations. Proof of age is required at check-in.

2. Incidentals: The credit card provided at check-in will also be used to cover the cost of incidentals, lost furnishing, or any property damage. This card will be authorized for $50 per day up to $150 during your stay. Funds will be released following your departure and may take 5-7 days to be released by your credit card company.

3. Cancellations: Refunds for individual bookings are only provided for cancellations made by 3:00pm Central Time (2) calendar days prior to arrival. Stay and Surf package guests must refer to the Stay and Surf policy regarding cancellation timelines.

4. Loss of personal items: Lodging guests acknowledge and understand that each guest, or guardian, is solely responsible for any loss by any person while in residence including the loss of money, jewelry, or any other personal items. We will do our very best to return any lost or forgotten items, at the guest's expense.

5. Furnishings, equipment etc.: Moving or removal of any furniture, decor or linens is not allowed for ANY reason. This includes moving indoor furniture outside. Furniture, bedding, linens, towels, utensils, or any other property belonging to Waco Surf that is broken or goes missing during your stay will be charged at our replacement cost.

6. Property damage: Lodging guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party’s negligence or abuse. If you are staying in a keyed accommodation, the lost key fee is $25 – all keys must be returned at time of check out, or this fee will be applied.

7. Check In/Check Out Times: The check-in time for all resort accommodations is no earlier than 3:00 PM. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout is strictly based on availability and can be extended for an additional $50 charge.

8. No Smoking: All lodging is strictly non-smoking. If smoke is detected in any lodging unit, an additional $350 smoking fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

9. Pets: Only (1) pet (dog) is allowed per cabin. No other animals are permitted. Absolutely no animals are permitted in the hotel rooms. All dogs must be trained and leashed at all times. Dogs are permitted only in the areas surrounding the cabins and cable park but are not allowed and not near the surf, water slides or pro shops. Owners shall pay an additional $150 cleaning fee at time of check-in and will be charged for any pet damage to furniture or fixtures.

10. Guest Count: Guest count shall not exceed the occupancy limit per accommodation. For cabins only, Waco Surf will allow up to (2) guests that can be accommodated on cots or couches for an additional $25 per guest per night.

Guest acknowledges and understands that by signing this agreement, he/she states that he/she has read and understands the written policies provided within and agrees with all statements included herein. Furthermore, guests that fail to abide by these rules understand and agree that they may be asked to leave the premises upon management’s discretion.
