Group Travel Agreement & Payment Terms

This Travel Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in a group travel program organized by Undersea Dives, Inc. Please read this Agreement carefully before submitting any payment. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined herein.

What's Included

7 Nights in a Deluxe Oceanview or Studio Suite Room
Full breakfast daily
2 Themed dinners (Latin & Italian)
5 days of 2-tank morning boat dives (1st day morning check out dive required)
5 days of 1-tank afternoon boat dives
Unlimited tanks for shore diving (transportation not included)
Airport/hotel transfers
All taxes on hotel/dive package
Undersea Divers trip hosting & support

What's Not Included

International airfare
Personal & Rental Dive Equipment
Marine Park Tag valid for 1 year $45
Tourism Tax $75 (must be pre paid)
Travel & Dive Insurance
Nitrox $115.00: Prepaid to Undersea Divers
Gratuities ($120 Cash: Prepaid to Undersea Divers)
Meals not specified above and all beverages

Payment Terms & Schedule

Participation in the trip requires adherence to the following payment schedule:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due at the time of registration to reserve your space.
  • Final Payment: The remaining trip balance is due no later than August 15th, 2026

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your reservation and any payments made.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Cancellation by Undersea Divers or the Resort

If the trip is canceled by Undersea Divers or the hosting resort/operator (e.g., Divi Flamingo Beach Resort) for any reason, including but not limited to operational, logistical, or minimum participation requirements:

  • The trip will be rescheduled for a future date whenever possible.
  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled trip, Undersea Divers will make reasonable efforts to fill your spot.
  • If your spot is successfully filled, you will receive a refund less a 7% credit card processing fee (this fee does not apply to payments made by check or cash).
  • If the spot cannot be filled, no refund will be issued.

If the trip cannot be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of Undersea Divers (such as force major events), you will receive a full refund of all payments made to Undersea Divers.


B. Cancellation by Participant

If you choose to cancel your participation for any reason:

  • All payments are non-refundable unless your spot is filled by another participant.
  • If your spot is filled, you will receive a refund less a 7% credit card processing fee (no fee applies to check or cash payments).
  • If your spot is not filled, you remain responsible for the full cost of the trip and payment deadlines.


Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

Undersea Divers strongly recommends that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, and dive-related activities. Travel insurance is the participant’s responsibility and is the best protection against unforeseen circumstances.

  • I understand that travel arrangements involve inherent risks and that financial commitments are required well in advance.

By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
