2026 ROCK LEAGUE BASEBALL

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY – READ BEFORE SIGNING

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way for the Rock League Baseball (RLB) Men’s Senior Baseball League, its related events and activities, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

Prior to using the PBR Tournaments Rock, LLC baseball facilities, Rock Performance Center, (dba MOSH Performance Center), and amenities in Franklin, WI. By signing this waiver, you are agreeing not to sue PBR Tournaments Rock , LLC, The Rock Sports Complex, LLC (The “Rock”), Rock Performance Center, LLC (dba MOSH Performance Center), any of its affiliates, or any other person for any claims that may arise from your use of this facility. In accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin (Wis. Stat. 895.525), you assume sole responsibility for injuries or damage you may sustain arising from admission to this facility, as further detailed below. 

1. You Are Solely Responsible for Your Safety. Playing sports activities, practicing sports activities, and participating in sports related activities are inherently dangerous activities that can result in injuries, damage to property, and other losses. By signing this Waiver, you acknowledge these dangers and assume all risks associated with the use of this facility, including risks arising from your conduct (either as a participant or spectator), the design of the facilities, the conduct of the Rock, MOSH Performance Center, any other affiliates, and its employees, the conduct of other participants, and the conduct of persons who own or control the premises.

 2. You Agree to Not Hold PBR Tournaments Rock, LLC, The Rock, MOSH Performance Center, or any of its affiliates responsible. In exchange for the privilege of engaging in the inherently dangerous sports activities at this facility or observing such activity, you agree to release PBR Tournaments Rock, LLC, The Rock, any person whom PBR Tournaments Rock, LLC, The Rock, MOSH Performance Center , or any of its affiliates has agreed to indemnify, and their employees, agents, affiliated companies and independent contractors (the “Released Parties”) from any liability that may arise from your presence at this facility or from the use of its amenities or equipment. This release applies, for example, to injuries or damages related to your conduct, equipment, the conduct or equipment of other participants, the design of the facility, the condition of the fields and the facility, and the conduct of the Released Parties, even if such conduct by the Released Parties is negligent. 

3. Related Promises. You acknowledge that you have read this Waiver and that you understand its contents. You further agree that this Waiver will continue in full force and effect and shall apply to all of your future visits. You further indicate that your signature below is made of your own free will, after having an opportunity to inspect the facilities and consider your alternatives, which include not using this facility or using this facility without signing the Waiver and for the premium league fee. You agree that any lawsuits related to this Waiver or the facility shall be filed, and exclusively litigated, in the Circuit Court for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.  

4. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,

5. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

6. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

7. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the Company immediately; and,

RLB / MSBL Code of Conduct

In accordance Rock League Baseball Rules, Managers and players shall conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times. No manager or player shall commit the following:

(1) Lay a hand upon, shove or strike, or threaten an official. Players and managers guilty of such conduct shall be immediately suspended from further participation in the game and shall remain suspended until his conduct is reviewed by the League Commissioner. Players and managers guilty of such conduct shall be subject to suspension for the remainder of the season or expulsion from the league for life.

(2) Refuse to abide by an official’s decision. Players guilty of such conduct shall be immediately suspended from further participation in the game and shall remain suspended until his conduct is reviewed by The League Commissioner. Players guilty of such conduct shall be subject to probation or suspension for the remainder of the season.

(3) Be guilty of objectionable demonstrations of dissent at an official’s decision. Players and managers guilty of such conduct shall be subject to suspension from further participation in the game.

(4) Discuss with an official or officials the decision reached by such official or officials, except for the manager or his designee who are authorized to participate in such discussions. Players guilty of such conduct shall be subject to suspension from further participation in the game.

(5) Use unnecessarily rough tactics in the play of the game against the body or person of an opposing player. Players guilty of such conduct shall be immediately suspended from further participation in the game and shall be subject to probation or suspension for the remainder of the season.

(6) Be guilty of physical attack as an aggressor upon any player, manager, official, or spectator, before, during, or after a game. Players guilty of such conduct shall be immediately suspended from further participation in the game and shall remain suspended until their conduct is reviewed by the board of directors. Players guilty of such conduct shall be subject to suspension for the remainder of the season or expulsion from the league for life.

(7) Be guilty of verbal abusive attack upon any player, manager, official, or spectator, before, during, or after a game. Players guilty of such conduct shall be immediately suspended from further participation in the game and shall remain suspended until their conduct is reviewed by the board of directors. Players guilty of such conduct shall be subject to suspension for the remainder of the season.

(8) Consume alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs during the game or be upon the field of play at any time in an intoxicated condition. Players guilty of such conduct shall be immediately suspended from further participation in the game and shall be subject to probation or suspension for the remainder of the season.

(9) Smoke on the field of play or in the dugout. Players guilty of such conduct shall be immediately suspended from further participation in the game.
