UNIFORM SIGN-OUT

 

Eligible full-time MSS employees, or part-time staff with 5+ years of service, may sign out their uniform for the off-season by completing this waiver. Please contact James Huffman (james.huffman@jacksonhole.com) with any questions.


MSS Uniform Check-Out Form

By choosing to keep my uniform during the off-season, I acknowledge that I am responsible for maintaining my uniform in good condition. I will be billed for any missing uniform pieces at the rates agreed to below. If for any reason I do not return for the Winter 2025-26 season, I am responsible for returning my uniform to the Mountain Sports School as promptly as possible either in person or via a certified mail carrier (FedEx or UPS; no USPS).
