Bloom Designer Finds Contract for Consignment 6/2023

 

 

 

 

All items will be examined during the initial intake. Any items found with stains, rips, missing buttons, or non-authentic will be donated or dicarded as appropriate. 

 

The consignment period is 90 days. All items are subject to markdowns and other promotions at Bloom Designer Finds discretion. The consignor will receive 40% of the selling price. Items may not be removed prior to the 90-day period. Items not sold after 90 days consignment period become the property of Bloom Designer Finds.

For account balances under $50, store credit only will be issued. Consignors recieve 40% of the selling price._

WE DO NOT ISSUE CHECKS FOR BALANCES UNDER $50. Store Credit can be used at any time.

 

For account balances over $50, you may pick up a check the 15-18th of each month. All Checks are for the previous month’s sale. If you wish to have your check mailed, you must call prior to the 15th of each month. _

Unclaimed account balances are void after 90 days after consignment period ends. Store credit will not be issued for voided balances. It is your responsibility as consignor to claim account balances.__

Bloom will make every effort to protect your items, but we are not responsible for any damage including, but not limited to; damage by fire, theft, loss, try-on, water damage or natural disasters.___

After 90 days any unsold items become the property of Bloom Designer Finds and will be donated to a charity or sold as sale merchandise. EXCEPTIONS WILL APPLY TO LUXURY DESIGNER ITEMS Designer Items  _____
