Live Streaming Declaration and Agreement- D.O.R.

(San Felipe 250; Baja 500; Baja 400; Baja 1000)

ALL INCLUSIVE – EVENT AND RELATED ACTIVITIES


THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DECLARATION AND AGREEMENT REGARDING YOUR DECISION TO LIVE STREAM A VIDEO SIGNAL FROM YOUR RACE VEHICLE AND/OR RACE SUPPORT VEHICLE(S), AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW (hereinafter referred to as the “Live Streaming Agreement”). Please read the Live Streaming Agreement carefully. Fill in all blanks and place your initials on the line at the end of each paragraph before signing the last page. Your initials and signature indicate you have read and understood the terms of this Live Streaming Agreement and agree to be bound by it. Your initials and signature are a representation and warranty that the individuals signing this Live Streaming Agreement are signing such Live Streaming Agreement individually, and as a duly authorized agent or representative of the owner and/or driver-of-record of the race vehicle/team you are affiliated with.

1. LIVE STREAMING DECLARATION. By initialing this Paragraph (1), I am confirming that I, or members of my race

team, intend to Live Stream all or portions of at least one of the annual SCORE off road racing events which include the

San Felipe 250, BAJA 500, Baja 400 and/or BAJA 1000 races (the “Event”) to be conducted in the greater Baja California

peninsula in the country of Mexico, including pre-running the course, time trials and other preparatory and post-race

activities (the “Event and Related Activities”) from my race vehicle and/or my race support vehicle(s) and/or from other

locations on the Event race course.


2. LIVE STREAMING CLOUD SERVICES PROVIDER PERSONAL INFORMATION RELEASE. By initialing this

Paragraph (2), I am confirming that I have personally contacted my Live Streaming Cloud Services Provider and given

them written permission to immediately release my live streaming link information directly to Promote Mexico, LLC dba

SCORE Marketing (“Promote Mexico”) or its designee, in the form of a Clean SRT File e-mailed to

contact@StreamProUSA.com, or such other format that Promote Mexico, at its sole discretion, deems acceptable.


3. LIVE STREAMING LINK. By initialing this Paragraph (3), I am confirming that the link below is a fully functional

Clean SRT File link to my Live Streaming of the Event.


NOTE: If I am unable to provide the fully functional Clean SRT File link to my Live Streaming of the

Event in the space provided above, I agree to provide the link directly to Promote Mexico staff on-site at

Event Registration NO LATER than my scheduled Event Vehicle Tech Inspection time. I understand and

acknowledge that failure to provide the Link prior to my scheduled Event Vehicle Tech Inspection time

may prevent me from passing Event Vehicle Tech Inspection, may prevent me from Live Streaming the

Event, and/or may prevent me from participating in the Event completely.


4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PENALTIES FOR BREACH OF PARAGRAPH 5(B) OF THE WAIVER AND/OR

BREACH OF THIS LIVE STREAMING AGREEMENT. By initialing this Paragraph (4), I am acknowledging that I have

thoroughly and completely read the terms of Paragraph 5(B) of the All Inclusive – Event and Related Activities General

Waiver, Release, Consent, Indemnification Agreement and Contract (“Waiver”) and that I understand and acknowledge that

any such breach of the terms as summarized in Paragraph 5(B) of the Waiver or the terms in this Live Streaming Agreement

may result in Event penalties being assessed to me and my team, up to and including disqualification or removal from the

Event.
