In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way at Rock Creek Ranch, its related events, and activities, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. The risk of any injury involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment and personal discipline may reduce this, the risk of serious injury does exist.

2. I KNOWLINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such attention to the company immediately.

4. I, for myself, on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representative, and next of kin, HERBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD ROCK CREEK SHOOTING and LITTLE TRAPPER INC, its officials, officers, members, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and owners and leases of premises used for the activity, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH or loss or damage to person or property associated with my presence or participation, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Safety Rules

We appreciate your patronage. These regulations are to ensure safety during your visit.

  • NO ALCOHOL or NO DRUGS allowed on the course
  • Keep action open and guns unloaded outside of the shooting stand
  • Place unloaded guns only in the gun racks
  • Load no more than 2 shells when in shooting stands
  • Keep muzzles pointed in safe directions at all times
  • Always check to be certain gun is empty before exiting shooting stand
  • Eye and ear protection is mandatory for shooters, spectators, and guests while on the course
  • Shell size is limited to 7 ½ shot or smaller with 1 1/8 oz. max
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • No dogs allowed on the shooting course
  • No shooting from any area outside the station shooting stand
  • Cease fire while any employee is on the course, unload and place guns in gun rack
  • During gun malfunction, carefully open action, unload and stay in shooting stand until gun is fixed
  • Do not attempt to load, adjust, and repair trap machines. Notify club personnel

Violation of these rules may result in loss of shooting privileges.
