1. Acknowledgment of Content

I, the undersigned participant or guardian of participant, acknowledge that the video games available for play at this event may contain violent content, including but not limited to graphic violence, strong language, and mature themes. I understand that these games are rated E-M and that the content may not be suitable for all audiences.

2. Code of Conduct:

  - Respectful behavior must be always maintained. This includes verbal/physical/emotional harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior towards other participants or tournament staff.

- Attendees should also avoid disrupting the event, annoying others, or interfering with gameplay.

  - Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs in the game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal unless done in the spirit of fun and not to gain an advantage over others.  

-All equipment used is Battle Buddies Gaming Property and should not be damaged during its use or after. Intentional damage to equipment can lead to payment of damaged equipment.

Failure to abide by these rules can lead to dismissal and banning from future events.

3. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that my participation in this event is voluntary and that I have chosen to play these games with full awareness of their content. I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the nature of the games and have received satisfactory answers.

4. Release of Liability

I agree to release and hold harmless HighGrain Brewing and Battle Buddies Gaming, and their affiliates, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to any adverse effects or discomfort caused by the content of the video games.

5. No Financial Liability

I understand that my participation in this event does not entitle me to any form of financial compensation or reimbursement related to the use of the video games provided.

6. Compliance with Rules

I agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by the event organizers. This includes respecting the equipment provided, handling games and consoles with care, and following any instructions given during the event.

7. Media and Publicity

I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional and informational purposes by the event organizers.
