Rent Crash pad

Binding Contract. This document constitutes a legally binding rental agreement. You agree to pay the rental rates for each reserve day of use of the crash pad (s). You agree to return the crash pad(s) to TamaRocks.During our regular business hours in the same condition that the crash pad was originally rented to you.


Due Dates and Late Fees. Rentals are for a 24 hour period. If you want to extend your rental please contact us. In case you do not return the crash pad on time, you agree to the full rental rate of the pad´s for each day the pads are late, plus a late fee of $20 for each 24 hour period you are late returning the crash pad.  After 3 days without word regarding the Crash pads return, it will be assumed the pad will not returned and you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the pad from $250 to $400.


Damage, Repair and Replacement. If the crash pad is damaged in any way upon its return (i.e. rips, tears or missing or detached parts, you agreee to pay the lesser of the full amount of the repair, including shipping or the full replacement value of the crash pad, including shipping. If the crash pad is damaged so as it is no longer rentable (in our sole judgment), you agree to pay the full retail replacement cost plus shipping and you agree suich charges for damages may be charged to your credit card. 


Cleaning Fee. You agree to clean the crash pad(s) after use. The crash pad(s) will be inspected upon return and if it is deemed excessively dirty or wet, a cleaning fee of $20 per pad will be charged to your credit card. It's our sole discretion to decide wherever a cleaning fee it's necessary.


Credit Card Authorization. Rental fees will be due at the time of the reservation and credit card information will be taken at the time of pick up and stored until the return of the crash pad(s). You are authorizing to TamaRocks to charge your credit card for any damage, repairs, replacement, cleaning fee or additional rentals and/ or sums due as noted above this agreement.


Waiver. You acknowledge and agree that TamaRocks, Limitada does not provide any warranty regarding the use or serviceability of the rental crash pad(s). You understand that rock climbing can be an extremely dangerous activity. You understand that rock climbing and the use of the crash pad(s) involves risk, including risk of injuries, and even death. You agree to assume these risks and release any claims that you may have against TamaRocks, Limitada, its employees and agents for any injuries that you may suffer as a result of using the crash pads(s), including any claims that your heirs may have in case of your death. You specifically fully release TamaRocks, Limitada, from any and all claims relating to personal injury arising from failure to warn, strict liability or any other legal course of action that you may have against us. You agree to indemnify and hold TamaRocks, Limitada harmless from any and all claims for your injuries or any claims from any party related to the rental of the crash pad(s).
