Cancellation & Refund Policy (Legally Binding)

All registrations and purchases are subject to the following terms. By registering, the participant expressly agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.

1. Participant-Initiated Cancellations

1.1 Refund Eligibility

A full refund (100%) will be issued only if cancellation is requested in writing within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, and only if the program or event has not yet commenced.

1.2 Final Sale After 30 Days / Start of Program

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances after:

  • thirty (30) days have elapsed from the purchase date, and/or
  • the program, clinic, ride series, lesson, or event has started.

All sales are final except as expressly stated herein.

1.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

All fees are otherwise strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • missed sessions
  • participant withdrawal
  • failure to attend (“no-shows”)
  • scheduling conflicts
  • dissatisfaction with conditions, terrain, or instruction
  • removal from the program for safety or conduct reasons

Medical reasons, injury, illness, or personal emergencies do not override this policy.

2. Transfers and Credits

2.1 Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable except with prior written approval from SheShreds MTB.

2.2 Credits / Exceptions

Credits, deferrals, or exceptions may be granted only at the sole discretion of Triple Peak Adventures Ltd. and are not guaranteed.

3. Organizer-Initiated Cancellations

3.1 Company Cancellation

If Triple Peak Adventures Ltd. / SheShreds MTB cancels an event due to staffing, safety, administrative reasons, or insufficient registration, the participant will receive either:

  • a full refund (100%), or
  • an in-house credit, at the company’s discretion.

4. Weather, Trail, and Environmental Conditions

4.1 No Weather Refunds

Programs operate rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, trail conditions, air quality, smoke, mud, or other environmental factors.

4.2 Modifications for Safety

Triple Peak Adventures Ltd. reserves the right to modify, relocate, postpone, or cancel any session or event due to unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:

  • lightning
  • severe storms
  • wildfire smoke / AQHI ≥ 7
  • hazardous trail conditions

4.3 Discretionary Credit

In such cases, rescheduling or credit may be offered at the sole discretion of the company.

5. Purchase-Date Control

Refund eligibility is determined strictly by the purchase date, not the scheduled event date.

6. Acknowledgement

By registering for any SheShreds MTB program or event, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this cancellation and refund policy.

No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
