Bounce House & inflatable rental liability waiver and release of claims

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE RELEASING PATRIOT PARTY RENTALS LIABILITY AND WAIVING LEGAL RIGHTS.

This Release and Waiver of Liability executed on this date by undersigned participant or the legal guardian of a minor participant, in favor of Patriot Party Rentals, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (the Company).

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand and acknowledge that the use of inflatable equipment, including bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, and other inflatable games, carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to: falling, slipping, collisions with other participants or the equipment, entanglement, suffocation, tripping, structural failure, and exposure to environmental hazards such as wind or heat.

I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for myself, my children, and all participants under my care.

2. SUPERVISION REQUIREMENT

I understand that Patriot Party Rentals is not responsible for supervising the use of the inflatables unless explicitly stated in writing. I agree that a responsible adult must supervise all use at all times, especially by children or minors under the age of 18.

3. RULES OF USE

I certify that I and all participants have read and will comply with all provided safety instructions and rules for operation, including:

  • No flips or rough play
  • No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks inside inflatables
  • Participants of similar age and size should use equipment at the same time
  • No exceeding the maximum occupancy or weight
  • Cease use immediately in the event of wind, rain, unsafe weather 

4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and forever discharge Patriot Party Rentals from any and all liability, claims, causes action, costs, expenses arising from or related to personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss that may result from participation in the rental or use of inflatable equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot Party Rentals from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to participation by any individual I allow to use the equipment, including minors, guests, or unauthorized users.

6. MEDICAL CARE CONSENT

In the event of injury, I authorize emergency medical care and agree to be financially responsible for any such treatment.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Jurisdiction shall be in Clark County, Nevada.

8. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT. I AM SIGNING FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS LEGAL SIGNIFICANCE.
