1. Clifton Sport and Fitness, LLC (CSFC) is responsible for all water testing, and for all procedures needed to prevent the spread of recreational waterborne illnesses (RWI’s). 2. CSFC is responsible for the proper and safe functioning of the pool (including drains, jets, vacuum); as well as for the proper and safe maintenance of the surrounding deck areas, and for any required government inspections. 3. CSFC is responsible for following any and all federal, state and local bathing laws and codes. 4. Lifeguards are provided by and employed by CSFC. 5. Lifeguards are in charge of the pool, and clients are expected to follow all of their safety instructions and directives. Failure to obey lifeguard’s instructions will result in the ending of the lesson, and a request to leave. 6. LifeCycle Aquatics, LLC does not own or manage the pool, we rent pool time from Clifton Sports and Fitness Club. 7. Patrons understand that other organizations may be conducting classes or programs during a lesson. 8. Bathers must shower before entering the pool water to help avoid the spread of waterborne illness. 9. Swimmers must wear proper bathing attire; Swimmers with hair must wear bathing caps. 10. Any person showing evidence of skin disease, excessive sunburn, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharge may not enter the water. 11. No glass or breakable containers are allowed on the pool deck, in the pool, or locker areas. 12. No food, gum, alcoholic drinks, tobacco or smoking of any kind are allowed in the facility. 13. People suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited from being inside the facility. 14. Use of profanity or sexually inappropriate conduct is prohibited. 15. No dogs are animals except for service dogs will be allowed in the pool area or locker rooms. 16. No running, wrestling or pushing or causing undue disturbance in or out of the pool will be allowed. 17. Expectorating in the pool is prohibited. 18. Swimmers should stay in the designated zone of the swim lesson. 19. Do not swim under lane lines, or pull or sit on lane lines. 20. Guardians may watch lessons from the provided chairs on the pool deck. 21. LifeCycle Aquatics LLC, and CSFC reserve the right to prohibit entry into the pool facility of any patron whose conduct adversely affects the safety and well-being of other patrons or interferes with the use of the facility by other patrons. 22. Diving, defined as a head-first entry, is NOT allowed in shallow water. Clients must follow all instructor and lifeguard instructions involving diving. Students and guardians understand that strict enforcement of Red Cross diving restrictions and progressive teaching protocols will be followed. 23. Restroom and lockers are available for student(s) and guardian, and CSFC is responsible for bathroom/lockers. 24. Lifecycle Aquatics, LLC and CSFC are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property. 25. It’s recommended that any accompanying guardian have a charged cell phone available at all times. 26. Clients agree to not disturb any other swimmers while in the pool. 27. Teaching equipment belongs to LifeCycle Aquatics, LLC. 28. Instructor and lifeguards will have a first aid kit accessible during lessons. Commonly stocked items include plastic adhesive bandages, gauze, waterproof adhesive tape, safety scissors, ice packs, rubber gloves and paper towels. 29. The digital Waiver/Release form must be signed by client or guardian before first class, every twelve (12) months. 30. Parent or Assigned Guardian, agrees to be on site and on deck, with a clear view of any student seventeen years or younger during all lessons at all times. Guardian is never to leave any minor student along with the instructor. 31. Free parking is available in the rear of the building, near the entrance of the pool building. 32. Regarding Covid-19; Client understands that LifeCycle Aquatics, LLC cannot know or control the vaccination status of lifeguards and any people inside the facility. See our waiver for additional Covid-19 waiver and release policies. 33. Patrons understand that LifeCycle Aquatics cannot monitor or control other patron’s face mask wearing.
