Transportation & Horse Hauling Acknowledgement

TRANSPORTATION & HORSE HAULING ACKNOWLEDGMENT (DUAL-MODE)

I understand and acknowledge that transportation to and from off-property events involves inherent risks. I further understand that transportation may occur in one of the following ways:

A. TRANSPORT PROVIDED BY OLD WIRE STABLES

If I elect to have Old Wire Stables transport me and/or my horse, I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with:

  • Vehicle accidents, collisions, or rollovers
  • Trailer instability, shifting loads, or mechanical failure
  • Injury to horses during loading, unloading, or transit
  • Road conditions, traffic, and unforeseen hazards

I voluntarily assume all risks and release Old Wire Stables from any liability arising from such transportation, including negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

B. PARTICIPANT HAULS THEIR OWN HORSE

If I choose to transport my own horse:

  • I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my vehicle, trailer, equipment, and horse
  • I assume all risks associated with hauling, including loading, unloading, and transport
  • I understand that Old Wire Stables has no control over my equipment or transport practices

I agree to release and hold harmless Old Wire Stables from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from or related to my transportation of my horse.

C. GENERAL TRANSPORTATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT (REQUIRED)

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in transportation activities associated with Old Wire Stables, whether provided by the stable or performed by myself. I understand and accept all inherent risks associated with equine transportation and related activities.

By signing this agreement, I confirm that I understand and accept the risks associated with all transportation scenarios described above.
