POLICIES & GUIDELINES:

FOR SPA PARTIES

  • it is helpful if guests come with polish/glitter free toes and fingers
  • late guests will be worked in wherever the spa services are at the time to allow us to stay on schedule for the remainder of your party

Please note: All services are for entertainment purposes only and are NOT performed by licensed professionals.

FOR ALL PARTIES

Deposit:

  • to reserve a date, we require a 50% deposit for your maximum number of guests planned. Once your deposit has been accepted we kindly request that you not add a significant amount of additional guests to your total, unless your party is 4 or more weeks away. We prepare party favors and order food/cupcakes /cake/charcuterie 3 weeks in advance of your party. We cannot ensure food, cupcakes or party favors for last minute guests or siblings who decide to stay. Your final number of guests for staffing/food/party favors may not be changed after 24 hours prior to your party. Additionally,
  • you may not change your theme within 21 days of your party as we hand pick and order items in advance
  • any siblings attending and participating will be counted as part of your child’s group (if they eat, participate in entertainment, receive a party favor they count)
  • guests with younger babies and toddlers are welcome, however we do ask that they stay with a parent at all times

Financial guidelines:

  • a gratuity charge of 18% will be added to your final amount and will be charged to your card on file at the end of your party
  • the state of Texas now requires an 8.25% sales tax charge on all services
  • party deposits are not refunded in the case of cancellation but your party may be rescheduled for a later date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is requested instead of a reschedule.
  • reschedules must be received 4 WEEKS prior to your event to avoid a $500 administrative fee. If you have a unique situation please call us. If entertainment has been booked (DJ, Character, etc) you will be responsible for paying the full amount for their services as we have already pre-paid this for you and this is their policy.
  • if you require more than 15 minutes to set up extra items you are bringing in, please note we charge $25/15 minutes on early arrivals
  • if you require our staff to set up extra items or decor that you are dropping off in advance, we charge $100 set up fee and $50 take down fee
  • Party Baby candy items behind the staff counter are not complimentary for guests and any items shopped by parents/children will be added to your final bill. Purchase of candy bags/toys is allowed at the end of your event so we do not distract from the attention given to the birthday child during
  • Party favors prepared for no-show guests will be charged $15 each if you would like to take them with you
  • No shows from your final number, 24hrs prior (not day of), will be charged at $50 each to cover the cost of pre-arranged staff/food
  • if your party requires excessive cleaning upon completion, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee
  • intentional or careless damage to any property of Party Baby by guests will be charged accordingly

Lastly:

  • no time is allotted for opening presents at the end of your party
  • please refrain from arriving earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party time as we are most likely still cleaning from the last party and preparing for yours. Earlier than 15 minute arrivals will be charged $25/15 minutes

Food Guidelines:

Please bring cups and drinks for your adult guests, including water, if you would like. Outside food is now allowed. Examples are tea sandwiches, chia seed pudding cups, coffee with pastries, fruit kabobs. Do not bring anything that requires heating or a chaffing dish. Please limit your offering to 1-2 small-medium serving trays with items that are simple and easy to enjoy as our space is limited. Charcuterie must be pre-assembled. Our staff is not available to assist with this. If you would like us to arrange a charcuterie board for you please ask at the time of your booking. Please remember to bring plates, utensils and napkins for adults. We do not allow candy, gum or lollipops containing gum at any time. Children are not allowed to have drinks, food, candy, gum or outside snacks from parents during their spa time.

FAQ:

  • Can we bring wine/alcohol? Yes! Please bring cups/napkins as well as we do not keep extra of these on hand. Bring any drinks you would like to serve the adults. We do have a wine and bottle opener, as well as a bar cart with an ice bowl for your use.
  • Can I bring my own cake? Yes. You can use it just for photos or we can slice it for your guests. Please bring plate/forks/napkins for adults as we do not keep extra of these on hand
  • Can you arrange for a character to come to the party? Of course, just mention it when you book so we can work it in at the best time.

I UNDERSTAND REQUESTED POLICY/GUIDELINES

WAIVER & RELEASE: By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that your child may actively participate in Party Baby activities which may include the following:

Your child will be receiving services including but not limited to a filed manicure, scented oils/lotions, french clay mask, cleanser, nail polish, temporary tattoos, hair extensions, lip gloss, face glitter/makeup/hair glitter/hair spray. You agree that if you elect to drop your child off for parties/services that this waiver still applies in full.

The Releasing Parties covenant and agree not to bring, file, charge, claim, sue or cause, assist, or permit to be brought, filed, charged or claimed any action, cause of action or proceeding based upon or arising in connection with the matters contemplated by this Waiver and Release, and further covenant and agree that this Waiver and Release is, will constitute and may be pleaded as, a bar to any such claim, action, cause of action or proceeding. 

This Waiver and Release constitutes the complete undertaking of the undersigned with respect to the matters contemplated by this Waiver and Release, and there are no other agreements, understandings or terms which would add to, alter or amend this Waiver and Release. No oral agreements, representations or amendments shall affect this Waiver and Release in any way unless such agreement, representation or amendment is in writing and signed by the party to be disadvantaged thereby.

The undersigned has had the opportunity to have this Waiver and Release reviewed, drafted, revised and negotiated by counsel prior to executing this Waiver and Release. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the undersigned can choose not to sign this Waiver and Release and accordingly not participate in any activity on the premises of PARTY BABY. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned has executed this Waiver and Release this April 3, 2025 on behalf of such signatory and the Releasing Parties, to include without limitation any minor children.
