WAKESHOP PRODUCT DEMO AGREEMENT

A. DEMO AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

I accept for use AS IS the equipment listed on this form, and accept full financial responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession. I will be responsible for replacement at full value of any equipment rented under this form, but not returned to the Wakeshop. I agree to return all rented equipment by the agreed date. I understand that water sports such as wakeboarding, wake skating, wake surfing, knee boarding, water skiing and other recreational activities involve inherent and other risks of INJURY and DEATH. I voluntarily agree to expressly assume all risks of injury or death that may result from or which relate in any way to the use of this equipment. I AGREE TO RELEASE South Austin Marine and the Wakeshopfrom any and all liability for injury, death, property loss and damage which results from equipment user’s participation in water related sports.

B. EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

I accept for use in its AS IS condition the equipment listed on this form and accept full financial responsibility for its care while it is in my possession. I will be responsible for the replacement, at full retail value, of any equipment rented under this agreement which is not returned. I agree to return all rental equipment on the agreed date, in clean condition, to avoid additional charges. I have made no misrepresentations to South Austin Marine Wakeshop in regard to my identity. The instructions on the use of my rental equipment were made clear to me and I fully understand the function of my equipment. I agree the equipment will be used for the purpose of wakeboarding, wakeskating, wakesurfing, kneeboarding, water skiing and other recreational activities. I agree there are no warranties, express or implied, which have been made to me concerning the equipment.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS FORM, I GRANT FULL AUTHORITY FOR SOUTH AUSTIN MARINE WAKESHOP TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL PRICE OF THE DEMO EQUIPMENT AS LISTED ON THE DEMO FORM IF NOT RETURNED BY AGREED DATE.

and/or payment obligations. I willingly authorize South Austin Marine Wakeshop to charge my credit card account for all equipment not returned and/ or any damages incurred to rental equipment per Wakeshop’s discretion.
