I agree to purchase a rental bike product from Allspeed, hereafter referred to as “rental product”, for its listed price plus applicable Maine sales tax (5.5%). 

Please read and initial the following:

I understand that I need to make a $500 non-refundable deposit payment through the Allspeed website in order to reserve the purchase of the rental product.

I understand that the FULL, FINAL PRICE of the rental product is: Santa Cruz 5010 & Hightower ($3499), Specialized Stumpjumper ($2899), Specialized Levo Comp Alloy ($4299), Specialized Levo Carbon ($3999), Specialized Levo Comp Carbon ($5199), Specialized Levo Expert Carbon ($5799).

I understand the rental product will be ready for pickup no earlier than October 11th, 2023.

I understand I am obligated to pay the remaining rental purchase balance (total minus $500 deposit plus Maine tax) no later than October 14th for Carrabassett Valley pickup and October 21th for Portland and Bethel pickup.

I understand if I miss this payment date (10/21/23), I will lose my right to purchase the rental product AND I will also lose my $500 non-refundable deposit.

I understand that the sale of the rental product is final and it is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

I understand the rental product will be delivered to me in “As-Is” condition and there is no implied warranty on the rental product or rental product parts.

I understand the rental product is used and it may have cosmetic issues such as scuffs and scratches on the product and/or product parts.

I understand that Allspeed agrees to deliver the rental product to me in working condition which includes all parts being functional.

I understand that ownership of the rental bike does not transfer to me until October 11, 2023 and it is NOT MY BIKE PRIOR TO THIS DATE.
