National Park Service, Visitor Acknowledgment of Risk:  Nothing in this Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement shall be interpreted as the participant and parent releasing Napa Valley Paddle from liability for injuries, damage, death, or other loss to participant or others that may occur within the jurisdiction of the National Park Service and is caused by Napa Valley Paddle negligence, gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional conduct, including but not limited to any negligence with respect to Napa Valley Paddle judgments and decisions, or Napa Valley Paddle failure to take reasonable precautions to ensure it provides participant with safe and defect-free equipment. 

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement.
