COMMERCIAL & GOVERNMENT CONTRACT JOB ADDENDUM

SPECIAL TERMS & LIABILITY CONDITIONS

1. Site Clearance & Badging: Contracting party provides all site security escorts/badging. Standby time caused by security delays exceeding 30 minutes will be billed at $125.00/hour.

2. Surface Protection & Weight Load: Contracting party assumes full financial responsibility for tow-out costs, soil stabilization, or site remediation required during delivery/pickup.

3. Title Retention: Container South, LLC retains full legal title to all rented/RTO units placed on government/commercial property. Units remain personal property (personalty) and shall not become real property fixtures.

4. Indemnification: Contracting party agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Container South, LLC from third-party claims arising from active construction site placements.
