PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU AGREE TO ALL EQUIPMENT RENTAL TERMS AND RELEASE PATRIOT PARTY RENTALS FROM LIABILITY.

This Equipment Rental Terms Waiver ("Agreement") is made by and between the undersigned Customer and Patriot Party Rentals, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates ("the Company").

1. RENTAL CONDITIONS

Customer agrees to use all equipment solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with safety guidelines provided by the Company. All equipment remains the property of Patriot Party Rentals. Customer shall not move, modify, or sublease any equipment without prior written permission.

2. DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP

Customer agrees to allow sufficient access and clear space for timely delivery, setup, and removal. Delays or obstructions that prevent safe equipment setup may incur additional charges or cancellation of service.

3. CARE & MAINTENANCE

Customer is responsible for maintaining all rental equipment in good condition throughout the rental period. Equipment must not be exposed to unauthorized use, vandalism, excessive moisture, or misuse. Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be billed at full replacement value.

4. WEATHER POLICY

Customer understands that certain weather conditions (including but not limited to high winds, rain, or extreme heat) may make equipment unsafe. Patriot Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel or halt usage for safety concerns without refund.

5. DAMAGE OR LOSS

Customer accepts full financial responsibility for any damage or loss (including theft) occurring during the rental period. Equipment not returned or excessively soiled may result in additional fees.

6. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Customer releases and discharges Patriot Party Rentals from any and all liability for personal injury, death, or property damage related to the rental or use of equipment, whether due to negligence or otherwise.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot Party Rentals from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to participation by any individual I allow to use the equipment, including minors, guests, or unauthorized users.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute shall be brought in Clark County, Nevada.

9. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT. I SIGN VOLUNTARILY AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS.

No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
