We may also use contact information for communications directly related to your membership or the operation of the club.

Government-Issued Identification

If Memorial Trail uses an electronic system to read information from a government-issued identification card or driver's license, we will obtain your consent as part of the membership process.

Information obtained from identification is used for legitimate membership, identity, age-verification, security, and compliance purposes. Memorial Trail does not sell identification information.

Electronic Signatures and Records

By submitting an electronic membership application, you consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with your membership application and club records.

Memorial Trail does not sell or rent membership information.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the club, administer memberships, work with service providers, protect the safety or security of our guests or business, comply with TABC requirements, respond to lawful requests from government or law-enforcement authorities, or otherwise comply with applicable law.

Membership applications, consent records, membership records, and related information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to administer the private club and satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

Memorial Trail takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect membership information. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact Memorial Trail regarding questions about your membership information or this Privacy Policy. Certain records may need to be retained even after a membership ends when required for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, or TABC recordkeeping purposes.
