I, the undersigned, hereby agree to participate in Edge City India. In consideration for being allowed to participate in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that my participation in Edge City India may involve certain risks, I willingly assume these risks and any potential hazards associated with the accompanying activities. 

2. General Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Adventureland Institute Inc, Edge Events LLC, Edge Institute Inc and each of their successors, licensees, assignees, designees, employees and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action, of whatever kind of nature, either in law or equity, which may hereafter arise from my participation with the events occurring in Goa October 11 - November 1, 2026.

3. Sauna Cold Plunge Waiver and Release of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to participate in this activity, I hereby release and discharge Adventureland Institute Inc, Edge Events LLC, Edge Institute Inc, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the sauna and/or cold plunge activity, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the Releasees. I acknowledge that I have been informed of the risks associated with the sauna and/or cold plunge activity, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or other health related issues.

4. Intellectual Property: I acknowledge that any intellectual property, including but not limited to presentations, collateral, discussion, or other creations, developed during the course of Edge City India remains the property of their respective owners.

5. Respectful Conduct: I commit to behaving in a respectful and appropriate manner during Edge City India. I will not engage in any conduct that is disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive to the event or its participants. 

6. Privacy: I agree to respect the privacy of other participants and the purpose of the event by refraining from taking photographs or recordings of others without their permission and by seeking consent from participants before posting any images or recordings on social media or other platforms. I will not share or quote anything from the Telegram group chat without the explicit consent of everyone I am quoting and at least one of Janine Leger or Timour Kosters.

Edge City may process messages, images and associated Telegram identifiers shared in the official Edge City India and Agent Village groups to support village operations. This includes AI-assisted answers, discussion summaries, and finding relevant people and opportunities. Content may be processed by external AI service providers. Main-group summaries may be shared with India participants and their agents; content from smaller groups stays within the relevant group audience. Research use is separate and requires the sender’s research consent. Participants can contact info@edgecity.live to request exclusion from future processing or removal of stored contributions. Existing rules about privacy, sharing and quoting other participants continue to apply.

7. Agreement Voluntary: I understand and acknowledge that I am signing this waiver form voluntarily, and that I have read and understand its contents. 

8. Governing Law: Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. The parties acknowledge that certain aspects of this agreement or the event may be subject to Indian law due to the location of the event. Any disputes arising from this agreement that are not amicably resolved shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to take place in the USA.
