RELEASE OF LIABILITY

READ CAREFULLY - THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

In exchange for participation in any activities conducted by SugarBrush Tan, LLC (DBA Sugarbody Co), organized by SugarBrush Tan, LLC (DBA Sugarbody Co), and/or use of the property, facilities, and/or services of SugarBrush Tan, LLC (DBA Sugarbody Co).

I agree for myself to the following:

I. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral or written instructions or directions given by Anne Sweeney and/or any employees and/or representatives of SugarBrush Tan, LLC (DBA Sugarbody Co). These rules include wearing safety glasses, not looking directly at weld/spark, wearing leather cloth under jewelry, and sitting still throughout the service.

II. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND RELEASE. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the activity I am participating in, and I hereby assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself, as well as assuming full responsibility for any personal property damage that may occur. This includes but is not limited to, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

Permanent Jewelry Warranty & Post-Care Instructions

1) All sales are final. There will be no refunds due to all jewelry be custom fit.

2) All jewelry includes 1 FREE re-weld. if the chain breaks at the weld site within 2 weeks of application date. 

3) Any additional repairs or reattachments will be $25. If chain isn't in original condition, a new chain will need to be purchased. 

4) Lost products are not warrantied. 

5) We will replace any tarnished products at no cost. 

Post-Care Instructions: 

-Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals.

-Avoid putting perfume, lotions, and sunscreen directly on jewelry. 

-Pools and Jacuzzi's can discolor jewelry or create tarnishing. 

-Permanent jewelry is not indestructible - treat it as fine jewelry. 

-Certain skin types and body chemistry can affect jewelry. 

-To clean jewelry: wash with a gentle soap and soft brush, dry thoroughly, and then polish with jewelry cleaning cloth.
