Traveler Decline Insurance and Liability Acknowledgment

This document serves as a formal acknowledgment that the undersigned traveler(s) have been offered travel insurance by Randy's Adventures and have voluntarily chosen to decline such coverage.

1. Declination of Insurance

The traveler(s) confirm that:

  • They were informed that travel insurance was available for purchase through Randy's Adventures.
  • They have chosen to decline the offered insurance coverage.
  • They understand that by declining this insurance, they are solely responsible for securing any personal travel insurance they may require.

2. Assumption of Financial and Medical Risk

By signing this document, the traveler(s) acknowledge and agree that:

  • They assume full financial responsibility for any and all damages, losses, injuries, medical expenses, or claims that may arise during or as a result of their travel.
  • Randy's Adventures will not be held financially or legally responsible for any such damages, losses, injuries, or claims.
  • They release and hold harmless Randy's Adventures, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability associated with their travel.

3. Schengen Area Travel Requirements

The traveler(s) further acknowledge that:

  • Certain countries within the Schengen Area may require proof of valid travel medical insurance as a condition of entry.
  • It is their sole responsibility to obtain and maintain any required insurance for travel to Schengen countries.
  • Randy's Adventures is not responsible for any denied entry, delays, or additional expenses resulting from the traveler(s) failure to secure appropriate insurance.
