Seacoast Bike Swap at Papa Wheelies Bicycle Sales Requirements:

•  All bikes must be entered by Friday April 19th by 5pm. Bikes will be accepted beginning March 1st. All bike swap bikes must be in working order, drivable, and in safe condition. (Tires must be pumped up, brakes must work, gears must shift, wheels are round and can spin, etc.)

•  All bicycles will be subject to inspection by Papa Wheelies staff prior to check in.

•  Sold bikes will be eligible for either 70% of selling price as a check or 90% of selling price as store credit, good towards any new products or services at Papa Wheelies (April 22nd onwards…used bikes in swap not included) Customer must decide which form of payment they would prefer at bike check in.

•  Checks will be mailed out by May 1, 2026. All sold items that have not been marked as receiving a check at 70% of proceeds by May 1, 2026 will be converted into store credit at 100% of selling price.

•  All unsold bikes remain the property of the seller and must be picked up and removed from Papa Wheelies before May 1st. All bikes left after that date will become property of Papa Wheelies Bicycle Shop.

•  No department store/big box brand bikes. E-Bikes are subject to Papa Wheelies staff approval. Only complete bicycles can be entered into the swap: no accessories, frames, bike parts, trainers, etc.

•  All used bikes are sold as is with no warranty. All sales are final.

This agreement is governed by the applicable law of New Hampshire. If any part of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect. I agree that there have been no warranties expressed or implied, which have been made to me which extend beyond the descriptions of the equipment listed on this form. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and release of liability and I understand it’s contents. I understand that my signature below expressly waives any rights I may have to sue Portsmouth Cycle Center, Inc. for injuries or damage.
