IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING


By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions while participating in Paint the Rage activities:

1. SAFETY & CONDUCT RULES


No throwing of objects is allowed. Paint is the only material permitted for use.


No running is permitted within the studio or activity area.


No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the premises. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be refused entry.


Paint the Rage reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who do not follow rules, appear intoxicated, or behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner.


Participants must follow all safety instructions given by Paint the Rage staff at all times.


Disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.



2. AGE POLICY


All participants under the age of 18 must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.


Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian while on site.



3. CLOTHING DAMAGE


Paint the Rage is a messy, creative activity. We provide protective gear where possible, but we take no responsibility for damage to clothing, shoes, accessories, or personal belongings.


Participants are encouraged to wear old clothes and remove any valuables before entering the activity area.



4. LIABILITY WAIVER

By signing below, I agree to participate at my own risk. I release and discharge Paint the Rage, its staff, owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.and paste the body of your waiver here.
