We take your privacy seriously. Because we gather certain types of information about our users we want to help you understand the terms and conditions surrounding the collection and use of that information. These privacy practices apply to the Web site that you were viewing when you clicked through to this policy, which is operated by us directly, our partner, or our affiliate.

We collect personally identifiable information when you provide it to us, such as when you register on one of our sites, when you subscribe to an e-mail newsletter or when you register to use certain services. Several of the services that we offer on our sites, may require registration as a condition of use. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to us. We may also receive information about you from other sources and add it to the information you provided to us.

  • We have engaged companies to work with us or on our behalf to provide a product or service that you have requested
  • You use co-branded services. When you use a co-branded service within our network of sites you grant us permission to pass your registration information back to that service partner. Their use of your information is subject to their applicable privacy policies.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process; or we believe that your actions violate applicable laws, or any usage guidelines for specific products or services, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others

You can correct or change the information collected during registration for any of our sites. The instructions for doing this can be found in our member services areas. Users may change information at any time and as often as necessary. Currently, we do not offer users a means by which to completely delete personal information established at the time of registration.

Any modifications to our privacy practices will be reflected first within this area of our network of Web sites.

Thank you choosing Chatty Pattys Port A Potties we appreciate your business and hope you are satisfied with our services.

The following waiver must be signed and agreed too prior to rental approval.

   I understand that no refunds or pro rated fees will apply to a current rental. However, one date change is available with prior approval from Chatty Pattys Port A potties.  If paying with a credit card there will be a 3% fee. If the fee is disputed this waiver is a binding contract with the clients signature, date and a photo snap shot of the signer. 

Customer acknowledges that prior to taking the rented item(s), you examined it, saw it in operation (if appropriate), and are aware of its condition and that it is in good condition except for any defect noted on this contract.

No infectious or hazardous waste shall be placed in the portable toilet.

Customer acknowledges that he/she has care, custody, and control of equipment owned by Chatty Pattys Port A Potties and accepts responsibility and liabilities for the use of the equipment and its contents. THEREFORE, THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Chatty Pattys Port A Potties Services FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR INJURY TO OR DEATH OF PERSON OR PERSONS RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER OUT OF CUSTOMER'S USE OF THE EQUIPMENT FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Customer accepts full responsibility for all damages to Chatty Pattys Port A Potties property due to fire, theft, or vandalism, and agrees to pay reasonable costs of repair and/or replacement of the equipment or its components.

Customer is responsible for theft or major structural damage to rental equipment owned by Chatty Pattys Port A Potties. 

Chatty Pattys Port A Potties will not be responsible for damage done to roadways/driveway surfaces, culverts, grass, etc., due to its equipment traveling on customer property, nor will Chatty Pattys Port A Potties be responsible for damage on property or easements leading to or from the location at which the service is performed.



This is for each individual unit on this contract

DAMAGE WAIVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS


(a) Lessee is responsible for replacement of unit in the amount of $1,000.00 if this unit is a complete loss or has an act of theft involved. .

(b) Not withstanding the foregoing, the lessee agrees to provide the lessor with a copy of a police report immediately of said theft or damage (if a result of vandalism) within an hour of occurrence.

(c)If damage waiver is declined, lessee understands that the terms of the standard rental and rental will become Null and Void. 

(d) The customer agrees not to cause the equipment listed in the contract to be removed from the site address without specific written permission or consent from Chatty Pattys Port A Potties.

(e) The customer agrees to pay for any damage or loss of the equipment as an insurer, regardless of cause or fault.


TOILETS: This Agreement shall include the rental of portable toilets noted in the waiver agreement, along with the collection and disposal of the liquid waste, and 2 rolls toilet paper, and the cleaning of the interiors before and after. Customer acknowledges that in order to provide regular service the unit(s) must remain clear of debris and building materials. The Company’s vehicle must be able to come within 15 feet of the unit(s). If the owner cannot back into the area to unload the Porta Potty a one time fee will occur of 25.00 .

In the event the Company must resort to litigation to be reimbursed for unpaid Damages the Customer agrees to pay all attorneys’ fees, court costs or other expenses.


Waste Material: The waste material to be collected and disposed of by Chatty Pattys Port A Potties to this agreement shall be non-hazardous waste material. The term hazardous waste is any waste listed or characterized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or any state or local agency. All waste shall be the property of the Customer and the Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chatty Patties Port A Potties from and against any and all damages penalties fines resulting from or arising out of the disposal of any hazardous materials.


In the case of theft, the customer agrees to report such to the police department and provide a copy of the police report to Chatty Patties Port A Potties within the same day of the date of loss. In this event, the customer would still be responsible for the replacement cost of the unit as stated above. 

The damage waiver program is not an insurance policy. The customer is still responsible for all personal injuries or property damage as outlined in the rental agreement. While insurance may cover rental equipment, the deductible may still exceed the cost of the unit.
