Volunteer Flight Companion Agreement & Waiver

Purpose

Fly Hawaii Cats connects volunteer travelers with adoptable cats who need assistance reaching their new homes. Volunteers act as independent companions helping a cat complete its journey.

By participating, I understand that:

  • I am acting as a unpaid volunteer, not an employee or agent
  • I am temporarily responsible for the cat during travel
  • I must follow airline rules, ie: I agree the cat will remain in the carrier at all times.
  • I will communicate with Fly Hawaii Cats coordinators before and during travel and will Immediately report any concerns or emergencies
  • I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
