By enrolling in a La Di Da Glow Studio & Jewelry Lounge monthly spray tan membership, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Membership & Billing

My selected membership will automatically renew and be charged monthly to the payment method on file until cancellation is requested in accordance with the cancellation policy below. Membership pricing and included services are based on the membership selected at enrollment.

Membership Tans

Membership tans are for the enrolled member only and may not be transferred or shared. Unused tans do not roll over from one membership month to the next and have no cash value.

Cancellation Policy

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a membership. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to nathalie@ladidaatx.com. Any regularly scheduled membership payment that falls within the 30-day notice period will still be processed, and membership benefits will remain available through the applicable paid membership period.

Membership Holds

Memberships may be temporarily placed on hold for a $10 monthly fee. Hold requests must be made prior to the member’s next scheduled billing date. Membership benefits cannot be used while the membership is on hold.

Appointments & Late Cancellations

Membership does not guarantee appointment availability. Appointments are subject to La Di Da’s regular booking and cancellation policies. A $25 late cancellation/no-show fee may apply in accordance with studio policy.

Payment Authorization

By enrolling, I authorize La Di Da Glow Studio & Jewelry Lounge to automatically charge the payment method I provide for my recurring monthly membership and any applicable fees permitted under this agreement.

Membership Changes

Membership pricing, benefits, or terms may occasionally be updated. Members will be given reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect.

By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature.
