Liability Release, Agreement not to sue and indemnity

In consideration of the use of the facilities, equipment and instruction and /or the right to participate in the shooting event held on the above date and future dates, I the undersigned, for myself and my heirs and legal representatives forever release, Rifle Ranch LLC and Scott F Vandiver Jr., other instructors, Range officers, heirs and legal representatives (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Staff) from any liability and agree not to sue in connection with any and all damages, claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature based upon personal injuries, death or property damage to me arising out of the use of the facilities and/ or the participation in shooting events on the date hereof or at anytime it the future, whether or not caused by the Staff. I, for myself and for my heirs and legal representatives agree to indemnify the Staff against and save them harmless from all damages, actions, causes of actions, claims, judgments, executions, debts, costs of litigation and attorney fees which may in any way arise out of result of or result from my use of the facilities and /or participation in the event held on the date hereof or any future dates, even if caused by the negligence of the staff.

I understand that participation in an activity that involves the handling and discharge of firearms by others and myself in practice, competition or training, poses certain risk which I acknowledge and assume while on the facilities and/or participating in a shooting event. I agree to abide by all the regulations and rules established by the range owners and the Staff.

I have read and understand the above and understand that by signing this liability release, agreement not to sue and indemnity agreement I give up valuable rights and acknowledge my assumption of the risks involved
