Cat Lounge Access Waiver and Release of Liability

By signing below, I agree to the following terms of this Waiver of Liability:

If you have signed a waiver for Enchanted Cat Cafe or Kitty Kisses Cat Cafe in the past, you do not have to sign this waiver again.

1. I am at least 18 years old, and I certify I am parent/guardian for other individuals (“Minors”) listed below. Collectively, we shall be referred to as “Client”.

2. Kitty Kisses Cat Café (“Cat Café”) provides a space in which the Client may play and interact with cats. Client understands that such activity has risks which may include but not be limited to infection, and disease, as well as personal and/or property damage. Client assumes all risk associated with playing and interacting with cats.

3. Client will comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions (“Rules”). It is Client’s responsibility to review and understand all rules including the no show policy, the incidental policy, and the cancellation policy. Client agrees not to engage in any activity that may injure or otherwise harm the cats in any manner. Failure to comply with Rules may result in ejection from the Cat Café and any fees paid will not be refunded.

4. Minors shall be supervised at all times by the undersigned parent/guardian.

5. I have no allergies, which would adversely affect my ability to play with the cats and/or kittens in a safe and appropriate manner.

6. Client and his/her successors hereby release and forever discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Cat Café, or any of their agents, employees, members, directors, officers, volunteers, visitors, staff, or successors from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs or expenses, attorney’s fees and any expenses whatsoever, that Client may have or accrue, related to any harm, loss, damage or injury that may be sustained by Client, whether caused by Client’s action, negligence or recklessness, or the action, inaction, negligence or recklessness of the Cat Café.

7. By signing below, Client acknowledges that he/she has read all the provisions above, fully understands these terms and conditions and has freely accepted all of these provisions.

You agree your electronic signature ("E-Signature") is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Document. You consent to be legally bound by this Document's agreement(s), acknowledgement(s), policy(ies), disclosure(s), consent term(s) and condition(s). You agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature.
