RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND RISK

I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to assume any and all risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Teo Pablo Alfero, Wolf Connection, Spring of Evolution, Inc, and all its affiliates (herein The Organization).

I agree and acknowledge that there can be hazards that exist while being at Wolf Connection Ranch, sweat lodge and/or working or interacting with animals maintained by the Organization. I knowingly accept and assume any and all of these risks thereof. Furthermore, I understand the facility is located in a dry desert area subject to extreme heat, fires and strenuous terrain, dangerous wildlife and rattlesnakes. I grant total release of liability to The Organization. I also grant permission to proceed with any emergency care that I might need while on the premises. I certify that I am in good physical health and have no physical disabilities that might hinder me in the care, maintenance, handling of, or any interaction with any animal.

I, the undersigned, understand that upon volunteering, working, or attending presentation and events organized by the Organization, there will be exposure to animals wolves, wolfdogs, and dogs - that are capable of jumping, pushing, pulling, scratching, nipping, grabbing, and biting, causing injury or harm. The Organization and its affiliates are NOT responsible, financially or otherwise, should any volunteer, employee (in accordance with applicable law), event participant, or guest seek professional medical assistance, regardless of the responsible party. I, the undersigned agree and understand the present and potential harm that can come by engaging in any activity with The Organization.

If need be, I authorize Wolf Connection staff to transport me to and from official events and activities and release The Organization from all liabilities regarding any incidents that may take place during such transport.

I, the undersigned, agree and understand that The Organization can, at any time and without notice, written or verbal, dismiss any volunteer, employee (in accordance with applicable law), event participant, and guest for any or no reason and at the sole discretion of the management. I, the undersigned, waive the right to pursue any claim or lawsuit for any reason including, but not limited to, dismissal of services, or risks/harm present in and around the animals and the ranch environment. Should any lawsuit be still presented at any time, I, the undersigned, will assume any and all expenses appropriate for The Organization and/or affiliates as well as my own, under any circumstance which have led to such actions.

If any portion of this general release of risk and liabilities is held invalid by a court of law, the remaining portions of this document shall remain valid and in full effect.

In addition, I grant permission to The Organization or its third party partner(s) to photograph and video record me, and use those photographs and videos for documenting and promotional purposes further acknowledging that personal photo and video taken at the ranch or with Wolf Connection staff/volunteers and animals by me is for private use only, not commercial, and can be used by Wolf Connection. In essence, private photos and ten-second videos taken of Wolf Connection direct content for personal use, inherently are non-excessive and distinguishable from a documentary style recording.

I, the undersigned further declare and represent that no promises or agreements, expressed or implicit, have been made to me. This release contains the entire agreement between parties. These terms of the release are contractual.

CORONAVIRUS RELEASE AND DECLARATION

1. RISKS OF EXPOSURE: The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is a worldwide risk to human health. COVID-19 is

highly contagious and has a mortality rate many times greater than the flu. COVID-19 can spread easily and

exponentially. While people of all ages are at risk of catching COVID-19, persons with compromised immune systems

and older persons may be at particular risk. 2. “STAY HOME ORDERS”: In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19,

the State of California, as well as many California cities and counties have issued so-called “Safer at Home” or

“Shelter in Place” (“Stay Home”) Orders, obligating many businesses to close and residents to stay at home with

limited exceptions for essential activities. 3. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Under Federal and State guidelines outdoor

activities are open. Nevertheless, this designation does not make them free from COVID-19 risks. All persons must

still practice “social distancing” and take all steps necessary to protect themselves and others. Some county and city

orders are more restrictive than, and may take precedence over, Federal and State guidelines. 

4. GUESTS: Signer acknowledges being advised to clean their hands and cover their faces while visiting

Wolf Connection. NOTE* Special attention will be given to areas that are likely to be touched such as doorknobs,

handles, and other surfaces. The Signer is also voluntarily entering the ranch at Wolf Connection. Signer

acknowledges that although Wolf Connection will clean and disinfect the property to the best of Wolf Connections’s

ability, doing so may not be possible, and may not have occurred prior to your entry, due to Stay Home Orders and

other circumstances. Signer agrees to take all reasonable and necessary precautions to protect Signer and others

from the spread of COVID-19, including, but not limited to, the following:

A. Following all Federal, State, and local laws and Stay Home Orders, even though such laws and orders may be

changing rapidly.

B. Exercising care to protect yourself, and assessing your own risks, by considering your age, underlying health

conditions, recent travel, possible exposure to COVID-19, doctor's recommendations, and local, State and Federal

recommendations. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to evaluate the risks and protect yourself.

C. Washing your hands with soap and water or using hand sanitizer, and wearing rubber gloves, and a protective

face mask. Remember to not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth. If you do not own a protective mask, you can

purchase one from Wolf Connection.

D. Practicing social distancing by keeping at least 6 feet between yourself and others.

E. After leaving Wolf Connection wash hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds.

7. ALL SIGNERS REPRESENTATIONS:

A. You understand that allowing access to or accessing Wolf Connection or any other property for any of the

purposes above may be dangerous or unsafe and could expose you or others to COVID-19 and that you are allowing

or conducting those activities voluntarily.

B. You represent that:

(1) To the best of your knowledge, you are not currently afflicted with, and have not knowingly, within the last 14

days, been in contact with someone afflicted with, COVID-19; (2) You are not experiencing a fever, or signs of

respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or other COVID-19 symptoms and;

(3) You understand that persons may be afflicted with COVID-19 and: (i) not exhibit symptoms; (ii) not be aware that

they are afflicted or (iii) may not voluntarily agree to disclose their condition. C. You will inform Wolf Connection if,

after the date this document is signed, there is a change in your health condition or knowledge that potentially puts

others at risk or invalidates the representations made in this document.

9. AGREEMENT, DECLARATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By signing below, you are declaring the foregoing

is true, that you agree to take all recommended and reasonable actions to protect yourself and others from exposure

to COVID-19, and that you ASSUME THE RISK, as applicable, of entering Wolf Connection. You understand and

agree that no one, including but not limited to staff and volunteers at Wolf Connection, can guarantee that you will not

be exposed to or contract COVID-19.
