Property Access & Damage Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE RELEASING PATRIOT PARTY RENTALS LIABILITY AND WAIVING LEGAL RIGHTS RELATED TO PROPERTY ACCESS AND POTENTIAL DAMAGE.

This Property Access & Damage Waiver is entered into by the undersigned (Customer) in favor of Patriot Party Rentals, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates (the Company).

1. PROPERTY ACCESS CONSENT

Customer hereby grants the Company permission to enter private or public property for the purpose of delivering, setting up, operating, and removing party rental equipment. This includes access via driveways, walkways, grass, dirt, concrete, or any other surface necessary to complete service.

2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF POTENTIAL DAMAGE

Customer understands and accepts that certain activities such as setting up bounce houses, tents, trailers, or heavy equipmentmay cause temporary or permanent damage to landscaping, grass, sprinkler systems, fencing, concrete, gravel, or pavement.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE

Customer releases and waives any and all claims against Patriot Party Rentals for damage to property arising out of equipment delivery, setup, or removal, including but not limited to:

  • Grass or yard wear
  • Broken sprinkler heads or irrigation lines
  • Tire marks or indentations from vehicles or trailers
  • Scuffs, indentations, or cracks in concrete or pavement
  • Damage caused by anchoring or staking equipment

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customer agrees to notify Patriot Party Rentals known underground utilities, irrigation systems, or fragile surfaces prior to delivery to disclose information voids any liability on the part of the Company.

5. HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot Party Rentals from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to participation by any individual I allow to use the equipment, including, landlords, HOAs, neighbors minors, guests, or unauthorized users.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nevada. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in Clark County, Nevada.

5. SEVERABILITY

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the rest shall remain in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PROPERTY ACCESS & DAMAGE WAIVER. I SIGN VOLUNTARILY AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS.
