We are a martial arts company owned and operated by Paul Tokgozoglu and his amazing team.

What Personal Data We Collect And Why:

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor's IP address is registered along with browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you enter your email address, name, or phone number on the website, it is stored in our private email server. You have a right to ask us to remove this data from our database and also to know what data we have collected about you. Our marketing information collection is limited to name, email address, and phone number, only after the user has opted-in to one of our spots for signup.

We utilize this information to make you aware of updates to our website or services. Our email newsletter is sent out weekly and you will always have the option to unsubscribe. We do not utilize text message marketing or communication unless you ask us to contact you over that medium. Our team will only call you if you request a call. Your information is not shared with any outside entities other than contractors hired to work directly on the website or customer management platforms.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions organized by Jiu-Jitsu Outlet LLC, EIN # 93-2038972, at 6736 Douglas Rd., Houston, MO, 65483. In consideration for being allowed to participate in these sessions, I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that Jiu-Jitsu and other martial arts activities involve certain risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other potential harm. I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks involved in participating in these activities. I acknowledge and accept that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated and that I am voluntarily participating in the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions with full knowledge and understanding of the potential dangers involved.

Health and Mental State: I hereby represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and mental condition, free from any medical or psychological conditions that could be aggravated or exacerbated by my participation in the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions. I further acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional regarding my fitness to participate in these sessions.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Jiu-Jitsu Outlet LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, instructors, and representatives, and all fellow participants at Jiu-Jitsu Outlet (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property owned by me while participating in the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Waiver and Indemnification: I agree to waive any and all claims or causes of action against the Released Parties that may arise as a result of my participation in the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) incurred as a result of any actions, suits, proceedings, or claims brought against the Released Parties arising from my participation in the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions.

Medical Treatment: In the event of a serious injury or illness during the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions, I authorize the Released Parties to obtain medical treatment for me and I agree to be solely financially responsible for any costs associated with such treatment. 

Photographic and Media Release: I grant Jiu-Jitsu Outlet LLC the right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions in promotional materials, without compensation or further approval unless I specifically request to not be included in photos and videos.

Sound Mind: I acknowledge that I am participating in the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet martial arts training sessions of my own free will and that I am of sound mind to make decisions regarding my participation in this event.

Severability: If any provision of this waiver is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND I VOLUNTARILY SIGN IT AS MY OWN FREE ACT.
