I, hereby acknowledge that my participation in the "Grateful to Move 2" event, organized by Team Fitpak, lululemon and McNaught Cadillac, involves physical activity and may pose certain risks to my health and safety. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I understand that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to steel mace workouts, carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold harmless and release Team Fitpak, lululemon and McNaught Cadillac, its affiliates, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation in the event. 

  • I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the activities offered during the event and that I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my ability to safely participate in the event.
  • I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers and instructors. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the event premises without refund.
  •  I grant permission to Team Fitpak, lululemon and McNaught Cadillac to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes without compensation. 
  • I understand that this waiver and release of liability is a binding legal agreement and that by signing it, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Team Fitpak, lululemon and McNaught Cadillac for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the event.

I have read this waiver and release of liability in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions by signing below.
