I am renting a inflatable from Endless Fun Party Rentals . I understand once the  rental is on my property or in my possession I am responsible for any injuries on or near the inflatable.I understand I can not move the inflatable.I am responsible for any person or persons in, at or around the equipment at my event.I understand that there is a person limit inside the inflatable to prevent injuries. In case of any high winds or unfavorable weather it is my responsibility to get all participants out of the unit and turn off all blowers until weather passes. As the renter I will be vigilant Any time there is someone in/on the inflatable. If any damages occur during my rental I am fully responsible of the repair fees or replacements . To prevent damages there should be no food , bbq grills,candy ,drinks,shoes,gum , silly string,confetti,fireworks,animals,no water in dry units ,vapes ,cigarettes,or sharp objects on or near inflatables.By signing this form  I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage .
