DRIVE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD / KIDS ARE NOT TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART

  •  Renter certifies that he/she or anyone other than the renter driving the golf cart has a valid driver’s license, and that the persons name is recorded when renting the golf cart.
  • These golf carts are licensed vehicles so all Bahamian Traffic laws apply.
  • A full day rental is a 24 hour period. Carts are to be returned at the same time received. If returned after said time there will be an additional charge.
  • Half day rentals are 4 hours, with the exception of night time rentals. Any cart out after the office closes at 5pm is considered a full day, not half day.
  • Please note that if you, the renter, has a problem with the cart which is not reported immediately, and the cart remains off the premises of the rental company, the renter is responsible for payment of the time kept, with no exceptions. (All numbers for contact are printed on the golf carts for this purpose).
  • As there is no insurance taken out during renting, the renter is responsible for repairing or paying for all damages incurred during rental period.
  • Golf carts must be recharged the night before return. If carts are not recharged and ready for rental on return there is a $50 inconvenience fee.  

  • Golf carts should never be driven through water (rain or salt) as this can cause the cart to lose power. 
  • Recharging the cart overnight is the guests' responsibility. Carts will not be switched out to fully charged ones if the cart battery is low. If you need a demonstration of how to charge the cart please ask us on arrival and we will gladly show you. 
  • Golf carts are to be operated on paved roads only, not any clearing that may look passable. 
  • Golf carts are NOT beach buggies, therefore renter should not make any attempt to ride on any beach for any reason.
  • Guest certifies that they will never ever drive golf carts on the airstrip or up walking trails.
  • Golf carts are either 2 seats, 4 seats, 6 seats, or 8 seats, therefore, carts should only carry the amount that is specified for the particular cart rented.
  • In the event that the renter does not return a key there will be a $50.00 charge for the replacement of the key.
  • IF RENTER DOES NOT RETURN GOLF CART TO AIRPORT OFFICE, RENTER WILL BE CHARGED A $20.00 pickup fee 

  • Signing below authorizes the above company to charge my credit card for any additional cost incurred during rental period. Be it recharge fee, late fee, lost key fee or damages..

  • I have read and agree to the terms of this contract. In addition, I agree not to hold 3Ns Vacation Services, or anyone associated with said company, responsible in the event of any accident which may occur during my rental period. I will replace or fix what is damaged during my rental period
