BOG 2026 PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT

By signing below, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Eligibility & Acknowledgment of Risk:
  • I am 21 years of age or older as of the date of this event.
  • I understand the nature of BOG 2026 involves physical activity, alcohol consumption, and potentially risky recreational games.
  • I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of the risks, including but not limited to falls, dehydration, alcohol-related illness or injury, and other accidents that may result in injury, illness, or death.
  1. Assumption of Risk:
  • I accept full personal responsibility for any injury or damages I may sustain, whether caused by my own negligence or the negligence of others.
  1. Release and Waiver of Liability:
  • I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue BOG Nation Inc., Craig and Jillian Dabovich (event hosts), Meadowridge HOA, all vendors, sponsors, volunteers, other participants, and any affiliated individuals or organizations, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action of any kind, in law or equity, arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
  1. Indemnification:
  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all of the above-mentioned parties from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my conduct or participation in the event.
  1. Medical Treatment:
  • I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable during the event, and I agree to be solely responsible for any associated costs.
  1. Alcohol Responsibility:
  • I understand this event involves alcohol and I agree to consume responsibly. I will not drive under the influence and will arrange alternate transportation if needed.
  1. Media Release:
  • I grant permission for photos or videos taken of me at the event to be used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.
  1. Severability:
  • If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
