A Driver’s License or credit card must be left with the checkout desk to secure a rental. It will be returned upon return of the board and/or wetsuit as evidence of fulfillment of this agreement. Rental payment is required in full at time of rental. Final payment will be determined upon return of the board and/or wetsuit. No refunds. Tax will be added at checkout.

Any board rented for an hour and not returned within 20 minutes of the end of the session will be charged the full day rate. Any board rented for the full day not returned prior to the close of business but returned the following day (or more) will be charged for a second full day (or more). Any board not returned and not found by Waco Surf staff will be deemed lost or stolen and will be charged at the Waco Surf replacement cost.

Any wetsuit rented for the full day and not returned prior to the close of business will be charged at the Waco Surf replacement cost.

The renter is responsible for any damage to the boards and/or wetsuit and shall be charged for any necessary repairs. Renters who elect to not purchase insurance shall be charged for required repairs based on this schedule.

The renter must follow all rules including attaching a leash to the board and themselves for the duration of time in the water. Renter releases Waco Surf, the owners, employees, assigns and heirs or any liability associated with this surfboard rental and acknowledges that Waco Surf is in no way liable for use or misuse of said surfboard rental.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the board and/or wetsuit I checked out, along with any damages that occur while it is in my possession and that my credit card on file will be charged for any fees associated with damage, late returns, or board replacement. Furthermore, I agree that my Driver’s License or credit card will not be returned until my board and/or wetsuit is returned, inspected, and replaced into the Waco Surf inventory.

By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it.
