Membership Terms   

  • All memberships are semi-annual and paid in full upfront at the time of enrollment.  
  • Member benefits are non-transferable and apply to the enrolled customer only. 
  • Cannot combine all 12 details into one visit. No more than 2 membership detail cleanings may be used within a 30 day window. No rainchecks if you do not use your services by the end of the term.
  • Membership begins on the date the subscription agreement has been signed and ends 6 months later. 
  • Members receive priority scheduling for all booked services. (Please call if you need sooner availability than the online calendar allows.) 

 


Cancellation Policy

Written request for cancellation must be sent to info.macs@cleanmyguns.com

If you decide to cancel your membership before the end of the semi-annual term:

  • We will pro-rate the membership for the months already used.  
  • We will refund 50% of the remaining pro-rated balance of the unused months. 
  • We will deduct the cost of the free gift from the refund total. 

Example:

If a 6-month Elite Pistol Membership is cancelled after 4 months, the refund will be:

• [Remaining number of months (2) × (membership price ÷ 6)] ÷ 2]

*Minus the cost of the free gift


Retail cost without membership: $839.76
