1. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that the use of inflatable equipment carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, equipment malfunction, and other potential hazards that may result in injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, associated with the use of the Equipment, and accept full responsibility for any resulting injuries or damages.

2. Use by Minors

If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I represent and warrant that I am the child’s parent or legal guardian and have full authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf. I voluntarily grant the minor permission to use the Equipment and assume all risks on their behalf.

3. Physical Condition

I confirm that I and/or the participating minor are in good physical condition, have no medical or physical conditions that would prevent safe use of the Equipment, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

4. Safety Guidelines

I agree to follow all posted safety instructions, guidelines, and rules provided by Party Daddy Rentals, including those printed on or attached to each inflatable unit. I acknowledge that failure to comply with these rules may result in injury, damage to the Equipment, or removal from participation without refund.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Party Daddy Rentals LLC,  their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the use of the Equipment. This includes, without limitation, any injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death that may occur to me, my child, or any invitee, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

6. Indemnification

I agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Party Daddy Rentals and Eventz4Change from and against any and all claims, liabilities, suits, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), and judgments arising out of or in connection with my use (or my child’s use) of the Equipment, including claims brought by third parties. This indemnification applies regardless of whether the claim arises from my negligence, the minor’s negligence, or the negligence of any third party, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by Party Daddy Rentals.

7. Binding Effect

This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release, and voluntarily agree to all terms without duress or coercion.
