Vakaros Rental – Damage/Loss Waiver Agreement

1. Acknowledgment of Responsibility

By signing this waiver, the Renter acknowledges receipt of one (1) Vakaros Atlas 2 unit for temporary use during the specified event. The Renter agrees to use the unit responsibly and return it in good working condition at the end of the rental period.

2. Damage or Loss

The Renter is fully responsible for the care of the rental unit during the rental period. In the event the unit is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Renter agrees to pay the full Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the Vakaros Atlas 2 at the time of the event.

3. Return Condition

All rental units must be returned:

  • With no significant cosmetic damage or cracks
  • In full working order
  • With any included accessories (mounts, charging cables, etc.)

Failure to return the unit in acceptable condition may result in a damage charge up to the full replacement value.

4. Authorization for Charges

The Renter authorizes the Equipment Provider to charge the credit card or payment method on file for any damages, loss, or failure to return the unit as outlined above. If no payment method is on file, the Renter will receive an invoice for payment due upon receipt.
