I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a workshop and/ or class at TEA DANCERS, 2525 Eighth Street in Berkeley. It is fully agreed and understood that the undersigned is voluntary assuming any and all risk when engaging in activities involving dancing on and off trapeze, bungees, tissues, or ropes, or any other type of dance or yoga activities under the direction of or in association with, TEA DANCERS.

I understand that TEA DANCERS do not assume liability in case of injury.

It’s agreed that the undersigned understand that there are inherent risks in such athletic activities as yoga, modern dance or trapeze, bungee, tissue, or rope, and TEA DANCERS is not an insurer of the undersigned and does not undertake to guarantee against any loss or damage by reason of any injury suffered by the undersigned while engaged in such activities.

It is further agreed that TEA DANCERS shall in no way be liable for any loss or damage as a result of any accident or injury arising out of any dance, yoga or aerial dance activity in which the undersigned participates under the direction of or in association with that TEA DANCERS and they shall not be liable for any losses caused by negligence, oversight, or otherwise.

Finally, I hereby for myself, my heirs, administrator and assigns, fully and finally release and discharge that TEA DANCERS and employees, representatives, successors and / or assigns from present and future unknown and unanticipated injuries, deaths or damages arising out of accident, occurrence, casualty, event or series of events, as well as to those now known or disclosed, and I understand and voluntarily and with full knowledge and understanding waive all rights or benefits to which I have now or may have in the future.

If any part, sentence or paragraph within this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then all remaining portions and paragraphs of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and be valid and binding on all parties.

This Release & Agreement shall be valid from this October 11, 2024
