MINOR RELEASE

AND I, THE MINOR’S PARENT AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN, UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF POWER ALLEY SPORTS ACTIVITIES AND THE MINOR’S EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES AND BELIEVE THE MINOR TO BE QUALIFIED, IN GOOD HEALTH, AND IN PROPER PHYSICAL CONDITION TO PARTICIPATE IN SUCH ACTIVITY. I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEE’S FROM ALL LIABILITY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON THE MINOR’S ACCOUNT CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE "RELEASEES" OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATION AND FURTHER AGREE THAT IF, DESPITE THIS RELEASE, I, THE MINOR, OR ANYONE ON THE MINOR’S BEHALF MAKES A CLAIM AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASEES NAMED ABOVE, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES FROM ANY LITIGATION EXPENSES, ATTORNEY FEES, LOSS LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST ANY MAY INCUR AS THE RESULT OF ANY SUCH CLAIM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I also understand that POWER ALLEY SPORTS/ POWER ALLEY INSTRUCTOR LESSONS OR CAGE RENTALS, TEAM RENTALS does enforce a cancellation policy. You need to have at least 24 hours notification of cancellation to get a full refund on all YOUR SERVICES. If you do not give 24 hour notice, fees will be collected for these services at full rate. You will be refunded completely if given over 24 hour notice.

POWER ALLEY which uses eSoft Planner for scheduling and taking payments, is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our website. This policy outlines our handling practices of personal information both online and offline data. If you give us personal information, we will treat it according to this policy.If you are not satisfied with our response to your privacy-related concerns, please contact us. We encourage you to read this privacy policy to ensure you understand eSoft Planner's privacy practices. This policy covers the eSoft Planner website and related software.

Collection of your personal information When POWER ALLEY SPORTS and eSoft Planner collects any personal information on our website, we will express our need for the personal data at the point of collection. Refund Policies: There are no refunds on apparel, merchandise. NO refunds on prepaid cage rentals or memberships unless athlete/member is injured and cannot fulfill membership. 

Membership Cancellation Policy. Please give Power Alley written notice by email @ tenaya@poweralley916.com to cancel membership 30 days in advance before bill cycle date. No exceptions. 

Cage Rentals: Payment required at the time of booking. Power Alley does not cash or card-refunds- you will receive Power Alley Credit if you cancel less than 24 hours. If you book same day - and cancel same day - you will not receive a refund.

Team Rentals ( Cage or Agility Time): Any Team rental package that is booked out 2 or more weeks will require a 15% non refundable fee.

Acceptance of Risk; Release;

Indemnification. I am fully aware that there are a number of risks associated with me and/or my child or ward entering on Power Alley Sports Property, becoming a member or guest, training and/or occupying a space at the Power Alley Sports during the COVID-19 pandemic under the circumstances, including without limitation: (a) I and/or my child or ward or our visitors could contract COVID-19 or other diseases such as the flu or legionnaires disease which could result in a serious medical condition requiring medical treatment in a hospital or could possibly lead to death; and (b) I and/or my child or ward or our visitors will be subject to normal risks associated with occupying Power Alley Sports such as physical injuries or even death or loss or damage to personal property, including without limitation, from slips or falls, food poisoning or allergic reaction to food served in the facility, physical or verbal altercations with guests, customers or staff , or other guests, electrocution from appliances or equipment within Power Alley Sports, pitching machine, netting, hit by ball, hit by hitting bat, terrorist or other violence, theft or vandalism, auto accidents around the Power Alley Sports, or fires or other disasters affecting the Facility. I understand, I am not required to wear a mask inside Power Alley Sports to prevent from COVID-19 or other viruses that could lead to serious illness or death. On behalf of myself and/or my child or ward and our heirs, successors and assigns, I knowingly and freely, assume all such risks, both known and unknown, relating to my and/or my child’s or ward’s occupancy of Power Alley Sports and being a guest, athlete, customer at Power Alley Sports as described above, and I hereby forever release, waive, relinquish, and discharge Power Alley Sports , along with their officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives, and their successors and assigns (collectively, Power Alley Sports”), from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, and other losses of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, (collectively, “Damages”) as a result of me and/or my child or ward being a guest, customer, athlete, team at Power Alley Sports and renting, training, purchasing at Power Alley Sports as described above, including but not limited to those related to the above described personal Injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, and including but not limited to claims based on the alleged negligence of any facility or Representative or any other person. I further promise not to sue Power Alley Sports or Representative, and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all Damages resulting from my and/or my child’s or ward’s being a guest or occupying a space at the Power Alley Sports

Athlete & Team Rules

30 mins = $35 1 hour = $60 Team Rental Bookings: We require 1 cage per 6 players. We require this for safety of all players and limit standing around outside the cages. You may book a longer period and split your team into multiple sessions.  We ask that all teams respect other instructors that may be in session. No screaming or yelling from athletes- we reserver the right to give you a warning regarding noise control. If it does not improve we will ask your team to leave.   - no sunflower seeds ( 1 x offense - next time you will be allowed to return - no cleats / plastic or metals   -turfs or running shoes only -power alley enforces an appropriate dress code for athletic wear- no crop tops  *
