This document serves as a temporary access permit for the signee to publicly accessible lands owned and/or stewarded by Habitat Acquisition Trust (HAT). Please read this document carefully. By signing, you are agreeing to abide by the guidelines as outlined below. Habitat Acquisition Trust can revoke this permit at any time. 


Guidelines

As a visitor to these territories, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below to ensure the well-being of these ecosystems.

  • Keep on trails, unless specifically instructed by HAT staff members in the event of restoration or guided activities.
  • Leave no trace and remove any garbage you bring into the area, including pet waste.
  • Respect the ecosystems by avoiding the disturbance of flora and fauna.
  • No fires or sheltering is permitted.
  • Keep any pets leashed to avoid disturbing the ecosystems.
  • Be prepared for weather and trail conditions and prepare accordingly.
