Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability, Acceptance of Risk, and Indemnity With Parental Consent for “Indoor Cricket Center Tampa”

By signing this document, an important legal agreement, you acknowledge and accept that you are waiving certain rights to legal action. This waiver pertains to your participation or that of your minor child/ward in activities at Indoor Cricket Center Tampa, encompassing sporting events, training sessions, and any related activities collectively referred to as "Cricket Activities." This acknowledgment extends to myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, agreeing to the terms specified within this document. Before agreeing, you must read and understand this agreement thoroughly, as it significantly affects your legal rights.

I acknowledge the inherent risks involved in Cricket Activities, including but not limited to physical injury, disability, and even the possibility of death. These risks may arise from my actions, the actions of others, the environment in which the activities occur, or unforeseen hazards. I assert that I am, or my minor child/ward is, medically fit, in good health, and fully able to participate in Cricket Activities. Should I believe that the conditions or equipment are unsafe at any point, I will immediately discontinue participation. 

I hereby release Indoor Cricket Center Tampa, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and all other participants (referred to collectively as "Released Parties") from any claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from my participation or that of my minor child/ward in Cricket Activities. This release covers all claims, whether caused by negligence, accidental or otherwise, during or in any way connected with Cricket Activities. 

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising from my participation or that of my minor child/ward in Cricket Activities, and to reimburse any such amounts incurred by the Released Parties. 

As the parent or legal guardian of a minor participant, I confirm that the minor is in good health and possesses the necessary skills and experience to participate in Cricket Activities safely, and I consent to their participation. I extend all acknowledgments, waivers, and releases within this agreement to cover the minor participant. 

I have read this Agreement thoroughly and understand that by signing it, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights that I or my heirs, assigns, and next of kin might otherwise have. I acknowledge that this waiver and release are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted. I agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
