STRAIGHT PURCHASE & DELIVERY SALES AGREEMENT

PAYMENT TERMS & SURCHARGE DISCLOSURE

1. Payment Timing: Full payment secured prior to dispatch or authorized for release upon ground placement via Card-on-File credential.

2. Surcharge: 3% fee applies to credit card payments. Wire/ACH carry no fee.

3. Card-on-File Authorization: Authorizes post-delivery charges for invoice balance, dry run fees ($250 + mileage), or site modification fees.

SECTION 3: SITE ACCESS & LIABILITY RELEASE (Step 3 of 4 - Gated)

Buyer guarantees 14 ft vertical clearance and firm ground supporting up to 45,000 lbs. Container South, LLC and its drivers are held harmless for driveway cracking, lawn damage, or underground utility impact.

SECTION 4: LIMITED WARRANTY & "AS-IS" DISCLAIMER (Step 4 of 4 - Gated)

1. New / One-Trip Containers: Covered by Container South, LLC’s standard 1-Year Wind & Watertight (WWT) structural integrity warranty.

2. Used Containers: Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no implied warranties beyond basic wind and watertight capability at delivery.
