Linary Youth Group Photo Consent


The Linary Church of Christ Youth Ministry has their own Facebook page along with other social media accounts, which allows the congregation and others to stay up to date with us and our exciting events. Photos are often taken at these events that you/your teen are present at. It is possible that these photos will be posted to one of the social media pages or put into a Youtube video. If you consent to allow us to use your photo, please sign below:
